free speech

I think that anyone has the right to say whatever they want hints "freedom of speech." So in Galliano's case, he shouldn't be villianized or criminalized. He is simply acting with in his right acoording to the law. But in my opinion he took it to far, and he makes himself look like an idiot. As a civilized society, i think we should only be concerned or do something about what is being said only if there are threats being made. If someone is being threatened then their should definately be a concern, but if there just rambling on and on about whatever they have a strong OPINION about then they are just exercising their rights.
